Tommy and Lisa arrived at the shelter with few belongings and desperate for help. Lisa was 8 months pregnant and dealing with mental health issues. Both Tommy and Lisa were unemployed with nowhere to turn when they came to Mama T's. During their time at Mama T's their daughter was born, and the couple married.  Tommy found fulltime employment and began putting away money so that they could move into their own place. After saving every dime possible, they were finally approved for a home that would fit into their budget. Five months after arriving at the shelter they moved into their new home. They are now living in Ada and have a happy, healthy home in which to raise their newborn daughter.
